Our new partners at The Bicycle Society come down to our courses at Forest Prep to provide bikes, all safety equipment and professional age appropriate cycle training to all children on the course that day.

Our very talented dance teachers Jodie and Lydia separately provide sessions for each group. Jodie who is a trained dance teacher and local primary school teacher and Lydia has her own local dance company, working in nurseries, primary schools and care homes. They take turns to  lead optional dance classes to all of our groups. They each design fun, active dance themed class appropriate for all ages groups and abilities. Children will all have the choice if they want to join the activities but once they see how much fun it is, they are bound to give it a try.

Our table tennis table has been a huge hit with the middle and oldest groups, so we have now invested in new table tennis equipment including brand new table, bats and balls and most excitingly a brand new table tennis serving machine. Our coaches lead sessions for all of the children and then a specialised Table Tennis training session with the oldest groups. We can't wait to see the children give this a try.

These sessions will be focusing on developing all of the childrens, throwing, catching, batting and bowling skills. Giving them an experience of the sport and also developing their skills at the same time. In the afternoon we'll then be leading specialist Cricket sessions for the oldest groups. Building their cricket skills during game experiences.
